I visited this EWC location in Tuscaloosa for the first time yesterday and I must say that this was the best experience I’ve ever had. I have visited three other locations in different states due to traveling and this location by far was the best location yet. This location is clean and well staffed.The associates at the front desk were very polite, welcoming, and made me feel more at ease when my toddler was having a full blown meltdown in their facility.My wax specialist, Kendall, was hands down the best!! I’ve been to this specific EWC location many times, but this one was by far the BEST experience! Natalie was meticulous about her job! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will be requesting her specifically for future appointments!

Natalie was the best eyebrow tech that I have ever been to. I use to go to nail shops and get my eyebrows waxed but after my first experience with Natalie, I'm hooked on getting them done by someone who specializes in waxing.
