My massage therapist was Meg, she was very understanding of my needs and the strength I needed/wanted behind my deep tissue massage. She spent time educating me behind what I can do between massages to help with pain. I do not consider this a spa retreat. For example, no sauna or incense, or cucumber water, or other relaxing entities. However if you want a place that great for your budget and more clinical for pain management, this is PERFECT.”
