“Thank you to Brittney at the Chelsea location for going the extra mile for me while the alabaster location phones were down.

She called me back from her personal cell and answered all of my questions, fixed my account and also confirmed a question with the district manager on something she wasn’t sure about off hand.

Customer service like this is almost unheard of anymore!

“My husband purchased a head spa experience for me as a Christmas gift. He said when the staff spoke with him for the booking they were very friendly and helpful. When I went in for the head spa-mini facial-neck/shoulder massage it was wonderful. It took 75 minutes and Tina did an amazing job. It was extremely relaxing and a fantastic experience.“

“Really nice experience overall! The nail spa is clean, has soft music playing and essential oils diffusing which creates a relaxing environment! They have tonsss of polish options which is great but also hard for an indecisive girlie like me ?. I got the AV manicure with gel polish and got a few acrylics for the shorter nails. If you are trying to stick to a specific price, I would clarify how much it is beforehand because the add ons make it a little unclear what total will be.Overall really pleased with my color, nail shape and experience. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I could go on and on about Nikki and her student I forget her name but I will keep it short... My hair got completely messed up by a so called stylist that done my hair for my wedding and it was nothing like I wanted. Nikki reached out and ask me to be a model for the younger stylist that's still learning hands on. They did an amazing job and really cut me and deal to where I was extremely pleased I absolutely love me hair. Please give them a chance and opportunity to work with you as well“

“Jessica is a wonderful aesthetician and person. She creates a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. She is very knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. She is very easy to plan my skin care treatment.I have age related skin challenges including wrinkles and some uneven places on my skin. I have a facial every six weeks and it has benefited my overall health of my skin. I am receiving microneedling as a service to target fine lines and wrinkles currently. I love the PCA products especially the apres peel hydrating balm and hyaluronic acid overnight mask. I have seen visible results in how my skin from the facials and products. My skin looks radiant, and even. The wrinkles on my forehead are still a challenge but are being targeted by the microneedling.I would highly recommend Jessica and her services!“
