“I had a couple of shingles come off my roof from the last hurricane remnants that came through our area so I called the company that installed my roof in Oct. 2011. I called, left voice messages and even emailed them and no reply. Based on some online reviews, I called Complete Roofing on a Thursday morning and received a call from one of the owners, Paul Spradlin about an hour later. He came over that morning and saw what was needed and said that he would just bring his guys over the next day to make the repair. His word is his bond and on Friday early afternoon, Paul and 4 of his team members came to my house, made the repairs and Paul asked for no money! I couldn't believe it! He said the job was so small that there'd be no charge and to just remember him in the future for any of my roofing needs. You bet I will! “Seamless experience from getting the estimate to completing the work. They did fantastic work, had a huge whole in our roof and the fascia was hanging off from where a tree fell on the house. “Campbell Siding replaced our old siding with hardie planks on the first level and vinyl siding on the 2nd story. They replaced the fascia and soffit, probs of our roof and installed all new windows. One reason I chose them was because they were one of the few companies that were knowledgeable about both Hardie and vinyl and were willing to use the hardie and windows which we had already purchased. Other companies insisted that we purchase from them. They took the time to repair problems that had been created by previous contractor's shoddy work, even though it slowed down the work. Our house looks great and we are very pleased with the job that Cory and Josh did.
