He came over that morning and saw what was needed and said that he would just bring his guys over the next day to make the repair. His word is his bond and on Friday early afternoon, Paul and 4 of his team members came to my house, made the repairs and Paul asked for no money! I couldn't believe it! Mr. Champion came to our home gave us our options in a very friendly and professional manner. Gave us options and even said if we provided the dogey door they could install in within the kick plate at no additional costs. Gave us a window of 3-4 weeks compared to others who were saying 6+ weeks. Even got a color to match our trim that wasn't even on his examples.
