They cleaned area before they left. Mr. Thomas was available if you needed him. Truly amazed how much they accomplished in 2 days. They laid sewage field lines in a sand system for 5 bedroom house. They also laid seed and straw in the yard. I will recommend him to others.“

“Campbell Siding replaced our old siding with hardie planks on the first level and vinyl siding on the 2nd story. They replaced the fascia and soffit, probs of our roof and installed all new windows. One reason I chose them was because they were one of the few companies that were knowledgeable about both Hardie and vinyl and were willing to use the hardie and windows which we had already purchased. Other companies insisted that we purchase from them. They took the time to repair problems that had been created by previous contractor's shoddy work, even though it slowed down the work. Our house looks great and we are very pleased with the job that Cory and Josh did. “I was not looking forward to having major work done on my elderly aunts house from several states away. My experience has been that communication with contractors can be difficult even in your own neighborhood. Kennedy and Sons Structural Solutions made the process easy. They got the work scheduled and completed very quickly. They communicated clearly and provided a detailed bid laying out what they would do. They shared drawings and photos before starting and photos after completion that made it easy for me to understand what was being done. Highly recommended!“

“In 2020 these pictures were taken and Stoneridge came out to make the repairs: https://photos.app.goo.gl/cztGZ19Rsd3AVZxd7 The wood beam running across the center was not connected nor reinforced enough and you could see the plaster separating. The repair person used several long screws, brackets to reinforce the wood. beam. Later came back to plaster and paint. The same area beam is separating again and the brackets and screws are no longer holding and therefore, the sheet rock is splitting where the two separate pieces of beam meet. The pictures below shows where the same situation is happening again because the brackets are not supporting the beam that are connected to each other. This is causing the sheet rock to once again separate. The solution that Stoneridge imlemented was not a permanant fix. I am looking for a permanant fix. https://photos.app.goo.gl/iYaoJkpwa5Gm5d8g8 I contacted Jim *****, the customer service representative at Stoneridge and was told that my warranty had expired. *** *** ***** *****, Huntsville, Alabama 35806 Since Stoneridge failed to solve the cause of the problem before the warranty expired and provided a temporary solution and provided a solution that would not be substainable, the company needs to send an independent engineer out to find a solution. I want these repairs to be made by a competent repair person that will produce a permanent solution.“

“This is a SUPERLATIVE company. We had major water damage due to a broken pipe fitting. The flood destroyed much of our hardwood flooring, adjacent walls, and subflooring. Mark Jewell's team were on top of this immediately after my USAA insurance assigned them to the task. Every one of the folks at North Alabama Restorations was polite, courteous, and TIMELY. They said they would be at my front door on day 1 and at 7:59 am the doorbell rang. The workers were very focused and they completed assigned tasks in an efficient manner. I like timeliness and efficiency and this company exhibits those traits. The workers all had high praise for their management stating that they were held to high standards but treated extremely fairly. This is the kind of company that I enjoy working with and they responded quickly to all inquiries and communications. I highly recommend them.“
