This is a SUPERLATIVE company. We had major water damage due to a broken pipe fitting. The flood destroyed much of our hardwood flooring, adjacent walls, and subflooring. Mark Jewell's team were on top of this immediately after my USAA insurance assigned them to the task. Every one of the folks at North Alabama Restorations was polite, courteous, and TIMELY. They said they would be at my front door on day 1 and at 7:59 am the doorbell rang. The workers were very focused and they completed assigned tasks in an efficient manner. This is the second home restoration company we have dealt with. They are OUTSTANDING!!! This company is just superlative. I'm retired military with 29 years in uniform. I have experience running major projects and found that this company is extremely organized and effective. First, the estimates were extremely detailed. I am very impressed with the objective times, materials, and other resources contained in the estimates. *********** used this list to complete all tasks. to standards.
