“The communication with the company was clear and fast from the very beginning. The project manager who came to my house, Lane Lawson, was punctual, professional, extremely efficient and very clear in his explanations. He worked to solve the problem (a roof leak) there and then, without waiting for the cavalry. At the end, he even helped me with another small domestic repair unrelated to the roof problem.“

“I had a couple of shingles come off my roof from the last hurricane remnants that came through our area so I called the company that installed my roof in Oct. 2011. I called, left voice messages and even emailed them and no reply. Based on some online reviews, I called Complete Roofing on a Thursday morning and received a call from one of the owners, Paul Spradlin about an hour later. He came over that morning and saw what was needed and said that he would just bring his guys over the next day to make the repair. His word is his bond and on Friday early afternoon, Paul and 4 of his team members came to my house, made the repairs and Paul asked for no money! I couldn't believe it! He said the job was so small that there'd be no charge and to just remember him in the future for any of my roofing needs. You bet I will!
