He didn’t just guess or do a quick patch — he took the time to find the actual source of the problem and repair it correctly.

While he was out, he also replaced a bad dryer vent, and during that work he noticed that a newly installed kitchen fan vent had not been installed properly. He caught that mistake and was able to fix it as well, which saved me from having another potential issue down the road.

He came over that morning and saw what was needed and said that he would just bring his guys over the next day to make the repair.
