As someone that works at a local ER, they are our referral partner. We saw a case today that could not afford ER/specialty services, but could absolutely be treated by a GP. We called them and they agreed to take this case on. Then the receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) called me back to get some info on the patient. She was the nicest person. We both acknowledged the struggles we’ve been dealing with...especially since Covid. But she was so nice and I just wanted to be sure she got acknowledgment that she was a sweet voice to me today...when I have to normally hear voices who are anxious, stressed, and sometimes mean.
