Shawn was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. He explained things in terms I understood. He’s the best tech I have ever had to come out. I would definitely share my experience.
Preston and Devon came out today to redo all of our ductwork, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Devon communicated clearly from the start, letting me know there was a chance the job might take more than one day, but they finished it all in just one. With my partner out of town on business, I was home alone, and I felt completely comfortable having them here. which says a lot, because that’s not always the case for me. They were fast, professional, and respectful from start to finish. Highly recommend Etses HVAC and these two guys in particular!
Shawn is our 4th of July Eve Hero!! He showed just how knowledgeable he is when he walked us through a little self-fix issue one night before a major holiday. Our AC reset and we were cooled backed down less than an hour later. Shawn, you saved our holiday party plans(and our sanity)!! Thank you, thank you!!!! ??❄️
