lied about everything installers do not even communicate with customer when they can't make it to install owner has contracts set up we're he can't be sued tried to tell me to tell the customers that they will be on a retreat plan then in a year or 2 will go on a damage claim which coming from the sales manager never happens you will pay to much call Baldwin's pest control or Beebe's and save money if you have foam insulation or anything that arrow or another company wouldn't cover please don't get ripped off and do your research and my advice which is freedom of speech after being in the pest control industry 11 years this is the worst company and most unorganized I have ever seen use sentricon the real sentricon don't get fooled
