I was honestly going to cancel the service after the first 2 appointments because the guys they had do it were in and out in literally 3 or 4 minutes. Only said what they had to and left. I decided to let them come out a 3rd time and I'm very happy I did. Mr. Derrin came out and did it right. Friendly, and way more knowledgeable. Took enough time to make me feel like he actually cared about my situation. He needs to be training the other guys.Services: Flea & mite extermination
