Wilbert is a very professional employee of Terminix. I wish to have him do my inspections every year. He is very informative of the job he is doing and very thorough. I understand if he could be busy elsewhere.Service: Home inspection

3 stars only because the first technician never arrived nor rescheduled. Customer service reached out to his manager and they promised I would hear something. I waited hours and nothing. The 2nd technician Frank was awesome however. It would be great if you could reach a local office when you call.
