Valley Heat & Air LLC is the best, HANDS DOWN. They have always been up front and honest and take care of their customers, especially in this heat wave. Very professional service, and they got out pretty quick and got the job done. They have been used twice with great experiences both times, very good work, and saved several thousands on the price. They are very informative when ordering a/c heat pumps for new construction, and since June 2023 the unit has been working really well. The staff is very quick to answer calls, and they come practically the same day, in a few hours they are on site. Polite, and professional. They also helped an elderly friend by removing a deceased skunk and told where to get a product to eliminate the smell. Definitely recommend using them.
My elderly friend (94 years old) ended up with a skunk under her HVAC unit. The smell in her home was horrible! I called Valley on Friday at around noon and asked if they could squeeze her in. I didn't want her to suffer with the smell over the weekend. They were there at 2:30pm and found the deceased skunk and removed it. They also told me where I could get a product that would help eliminate the smell in her home. We are so grateful they re-arranged their schedule to help her out.
This company is the best, HANDS DOWN! They have always been up front and honest and take care of their customers, especially in this heat wave. Has a technician come out and service our AC unit and was just the nicest person and said if it acts up in the morning, to call them back, and he would be right back out ASAP! Definitely recommend using them
Very professional service! I would recommend them to anyone in the Huntsville/Scottsboro area! They got out here pretty quick and got the job done ♡ I refuse to go with any other company
