I had a wonderful experience with this company! They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and got my air conditioner back up and running properly. Brad, my technician, was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience so easy. With this Alabama heat, having the AC working again is a huge relief!

What an amazing company!!! I called and they arrived within 24 hours. I talked to Jeremy and Dawn who were both delightful. And my Technician, Brad, was wonderful … experienced, kind and explained everything so well. I highly recommend them 😊
These people are without any doubt the best in the business. We don’t find many businessmen or women as caring and honest as these folks at Batey Brothers. We had an A/C problem, called them on a Sunday, and they were here an hour later. Came back the next day to check on things. You can’t beat that for service!!!
