Camron, the technician from Southern Heating And Cooling did a great job in performing the annual maintenance inspection of my Lennox HVAC system. Where do I begin? Let's start off with 5 stars aren't enough for this review. A lot happened so I am going to condense this even though it's probably not going to look like it. Our previous HVAC went out the last week of November and we filed a claim with our home warranty company (HORRIBLE Choice Home Warranty). Choice sent a tech out to install a new unit after we paid the "flat rate fee for all non-covered cost". The tech (Watkins Services LLC of Hazel Green, not to be confused with Watkins Heating and Cooling of Huntsville) came out, took off my old unit, dropped the new unit and then said he needed more money to modify the duct work.
