Dr Ellis and his nurses and staff in the back are great! I can't say enough about how kind and attentive Dr. Ellis is, I really trust him. The receptionist (one of them) needs some guidance on how to listen and be professional.
I am exceptionally happy with this practice. Dr. Mathew is top-notch and by far the best PCP I have ever had. His staff is super nice and professional. I highly recommend this practice.
The staff of Dr Ellis, has always been professional and caring. I have never had a bad experience with them or Dr Ellis. They reflect his standards and professionalism, I recommend all my friends and even strangers to try and have Riverchase as their place of health care. Excellence is a standard and the entire staff of Dr Ellis, to include himself; exceed it.
