Staff members, including Bill and Adam Townsend, are professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They ensure a smooth process from start to finish, often checking in daily to make sure everything is okay. Customers are consistently impressed by the company's commitment and dedication, even to smaller projects. Drytech is my go-to for any kind of home repair/project needs. Brandon Moore is fantastic and always my first call; he has handled 2 separate mitigation jobs for us over the last couple of years after we had plumbing leaks, and even helped us to file our home insurance claims. The most recent leak ended up being a pretty big repair/remodel bathroom project after the mitigation part was done, so Brandon introduced me to Clint Barnett, who is a fantastic project manager! Clint worked through every detail with me (multiple times, as I always have lots of questions); he was patient and forthcoming; he worked with my insurance company’s claims adjuster back and forth several times in order to get the funds needed for the proper repairs, and generally made this whole project go as smoothly and quickly as possible. Clint’s main contractor, Roberto, is top notch as well! You can tell Roberto is very experienced and great at what he does. He and his crew were very efficient in getting their part of the work done, and they did a great job. I love my repaired and remodeled bathroom. It looks brand new and the quality of the workmanship is obvious. I will definitely use them again for future projects.
Just wanted to say a big shout out to Adam Townsend and his crew Bill, Peyton, Thomas, Brandon and everyone else that assisted in getting our flooded basement cleaned out and remodeled. They were so helpful, kind and supportive throughout the whole process. From the cleaning to the remodel they were checking on us daily to make sure all ok. I cannot say enough about their staff. So pleased with the work. Please consider them on your next job!
Adam is incredibly knowledgeable about water damage. I spent a small fortune on the “best” mold inspector in the area, and he couldn’t identify the moisture problem in my bathroom. Adam did in less that five minutes! He also figured out that water suddenly pooling on the floor upstairs was coming down walls from a plumbing vent in the attic. Two plumbers before him didn’t figure that one out. He is honest, respectful, and someone I would absolutely trust and recommend!
