This is one the best Eye Dr offices I've ever been to. You're immediately greeted with hellos and friendly faces. The tech, Allie, was absolutely amazing with my daughter (who was very nervous at first) and made her feel a lot more comfortable. The Dr, James was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. “My experience with as phenomenal! We had the sweetest Infocus employee come to my place of employment to share about the new doctor on staff and the services they offer. I have been putting off an eye exam for a while and her kindness drove me to schedule an appointment there. Upon walking in for my first appointment, every staff member had a smile on their face and happy upbeat attitudes. It made me feel so welcomed. They documented a detailed history and did several tests insuring my eye health was good. Dr. Smith was incredible. She is very knowledgeable and she performed the most thorough eye exam I have ever received. She took her time with me and explained everything. “My husband was referred to Maynor & Mitchell a couple of years ago. He has severe glaucoma which resulted in the loss of his left eye. He has had multiple eye surgeries at multiple eye care facilities the past several years. The doctors at The Eye Center in Huntsville could not care for his eye conditions and referred him. The check in provided by Maynor & Mitchell has been great. The ladies at the front desk are helpful and cheerful. The wait to get into a patient care room hasn't been super long. The doctor is very friendly and definitely concerned about each eye care visit. This recent visit was due to inflammation in his good eye or the only eye left with vision. The doctor assessed his symptoms and prescribed eye drops to help with the inflammation. My husband said after one drop in his eye, the eye already feels better. This is great news. We worry he may lose vision in his good eye so we take all precautions to make sure he sees an eye specialist immediately. He highly recommends this business.“
