“Love this place! Had to get pelvic floor therapy here for about 2 months and was discharged today. Thanks to Sarah, Candace and Julie, I was able to make a full recovery AND have more strength in my core than I did prior to surgery. Not only were they such amazing therapists and experts in their fields, but they were SO kind! I saw Sarah and Candace regularly and they are just joys to be around! Furthermore, Sarah would always help me with other issues if I was having pain somewhere else.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I complained about the drive from Pensacola a lot during my sessions, but it was TOTALLY worth it! If I need PT in the future, I’ll be coming here.

“I went to Performance after some surgery in January 2024. I had gone through rehab at the hospital and home therapy.Completing my home program, I was advised to continue the next level of rehab with the Performance Rehab group.I had my first session last Friday. Luke, my therapist, designed a program especially for my needs to improve the quality of my needs. A series of body points was my assignment to begin my program. My experience had a positive outcome and I've been bringing my neighbor here several times a week and she is finding it beneficial, too.
