It has been a good experience to get PT from Health Actions. The staff is very intutive and persistent in getting me better. I got to meet the owner and she was very engaged with my case. Thanks to Shae, Sara & Julie for all the hard work.

I had severe cramping & pain in my neck for 7 months before being treated at Health Action. After a series of treatments by the team of therapists, I can say that the pain is gone and the cramping is gone. Sara & Shae are extremely knowledgeable & dedicated to providing great personal care. I highly recommend Health Actions!

I went to Health Actions because I had a serious issue with my sciatica and was in intense pain. After my first visit, I experienced immediate relief. Five more sessions over a 3-week period resulted in complete healing, and I also learned several preventative techniques so that hopefully, I will not have this issue again. The therapists at Health Actions have a holistic approach and focus on the complete body. Special shoutouts to my two therapists, Johnny and Julie.
