I was a new client at this salon yesterday. As luck would have it, my hairdresser was Carol, and she did an absolutely amazing job with my new ‘do! She was thorough and carefuI, giving me precisely what I wanted. I would recommend her for anyone! I honestly couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience. She was also very friendly and very pleasant. (These photos were taken when I woke up without doing a thing to it.)

I have a 9 mo. old standard poodle that was traumatized at her previous groomer, when they cut a piece of her ear off during her last groom.. I told, Amy, her new groomer at Klassy K9 about the incident, and she went out of her way to take care of my dog and not rush her through the process. I can't say enough about the professional service I received at Drayer in Oneonta. My initial assessment with Brittney was extremely helpful and insightful. She was thorough and gave me strengthening exercises that really helped my knee. The facility is large clean and full of equipment. The staff is so friendly and they make the environment a welcoming place.

Spent the night in St. Vincent’s ER last night and had the best service and care I’ve ever received in a hospital environment. Andrea and Amy were the best nurses I could have possibly hoped for. They were extremely attentive, responsive when needed, informative when I had questions, and personable. I was in tremendous pain, so their care made the otherwise challenging situation the best it could have possibly been!
