Richard Phillips is always there to handle any unexpected legal issues in a timely, efficient manner, and at a reasonable cost. I have engaged him several times and will again in the future if/when the need arises. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and pays attention to small details that could become big problems if not resolved initially.
