My wife and I started going here in May of 2022. While it is a trip from where we live in Nectar, it is worth it. The variety of free weights and cable weights makes our workouts very accessible. Even when it is crowded, the folks are very generous and typically will let you jump in when they are taking their rest breaks.
I've lived in oneonta for most of my life so we never had access to an affordable AND accessible gym. I was so excited when I heard about this gym opening. A 24 hour gym is perfect for my lifestyle. I don't have to rush to get here before it closes and going early in the morning, there's hardly anyone there.
I've been a member for 1.5 years and love it. There is enough equipment that most times I'm not having to wait and it is in good condition and we'll maintained. The owner, Chuck, is super nice and very helpful. Membership price is very reasonable compared to others in the area. The 24 hour accessibility is a huge perk
