My second visit my second mammogram.
This trip is nothing compared to my first. The checkin was horrible, they didn't have my file or anything ready for me even after I pre-register online days ago.
I was sent to areas within the check-in area that was told to me to go elsewhere. I'm not finished with my review

Best experience I had in a hospital in a long time outpatient staff was caring and fast and attentive the entire time from check in the pre surgery nurse , anesthesiologist, and of course Dr Clarke was amazing as well they had several other patients waiting for there surgery time but they take there time to attend to each one nurses that wasn’t even assigned to me stop and asked was I ok and I really appreciate that definitely get a reference from me for our patient surgery I didn’t know what to expect but happy my Dr chose this location to have it at .

Doctor Shepler will help you as much as she is allowed to, she really will. Nurse Amy (the one who does the phone calls etc) she is nice when she wants to be, but she can act "bothered/annoyed" for no reason- she'll sound like she needs to get Laid. Someone needs to make her happy, she sounds mad when she talks at certain patients.
