I just met Dr. Rao for the first time, but I was truly impressed by how kind and knowledgeable he was. His staff is amazing too, very kind and respectful ladies.
The front desk staff is always polite and professional. They make sure your taken care of as quickly as possible. The can is very kind and sweet. Dr. Rao is amazing!!! I’ve been seeing him for about 10 years now and he is so caring and takes time to talk to you about everything and explain what his plan of attack is and why. He’s personable and is the best doctor I have ever had. Kudos to him!
I've been seeing Dr. Rao for a few years now. I've always felt comfortable talking about any of my health issues or my medications and he listens. He's never in a hurry to get you out the door to see the next patient like some doctors I've experienced. I get excellent care with him and the whole staff at Infirmary Health. Thank you all!
