She cares about what her patients are saying and doesn't rush them out of the room, making each visit feel personal. Patients often drive over an hour just to see her, trusting her professionalism and genuine care. From check-in to check-out, visitors say the service is consistently great. Her care and dedication make patients feel they are in good hands, and her team works hard to put patients first.
If it wasn’t for Shameka at the front desk, my score probably would be a little lower. However the check in nurse wasn’t professional nor was she personable. AlthoughI love Dr. Mitchell, my office visit ended without being notified by Dr. Mitchell (she stated she would be back). This is after waiting for over an hour and a half to be seen.
The receptionist was above and beyond, I was greeted on arrival and upon leaving I was acknowledged by name, which surprised me. The nurse was thorough and very pleasant and as far as I am concerned Dr. Mitchell is the best of the best. Her care and professionalism lets me know that I am in good hands. My visit from walking in the door to walking out was 5+ stars .

She didn't rush me out of the room and I really appreciate that... I was not just another number. The really care about her patient. I drive about an hour and 15 minutes just to see her...
