I'm new here, so, w/ that..my pups look great when Katrina's is done with them..the people are so very nice..and prices are about avg., I have a long hair chi, NOT just anyone can groom them , O! They'll claim to be able to, for the money, um, no., I've gotten my chi back shaved to a 3" inch coat??., Katrina's does an awesome job, this is because they listen to my interests( an important point) and offer some knowledge as needed for us NON groomers..I'll keep returning, I would recommend them, their skills., the reason for the 4 stars..1. Could be the new surroundings..chis are notoriously nervous..but, my pups seem very anxious upon arrival, 2. I feel like getting...read full review

I’ve now used their services 3-4 times and I’ve never had a bad experience. You can tell that the staff all have a genuine love for animals, especially the owner. I have a Siberian Husky I take to get groomed there who is older and has bad leg problems, and I’ve seen groomers sit on the ground with her just so she can lay down and be more comfortable rather than standing on the table. I am confident that if there were to ever be an issue with the grooming service provided, it could be brought to their attention and they’d make it right. Their prices are fair, and they get the job done within a reasonable time frame (sometimes extra fast depending on the day)....read full review

I’ve been taking all my fur babies here since they opened and I couldn’t be happier!! My corgi used to have to need calming treats to go to the groomers but she’s never needed them here! She loves going and is always smiling when I pick her up! My boys are the same way! Anyone who knows me knows my babies are my EVERYTHING! I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else!!! ???
