We don’t live in Mobile, but were traveling through and stayed a night. Our 6 week old kitten was with us, and started to feel sick while we were in town. We’d gone to Banfield and were quickly turned away without much acknowledgement or help. Small animal clinic was nearby, so we walked in to try to have our cat seen - not only did they immediately prep a room and work us in, they were kind, informative, and had all the medications we needed in-house. Dr Owen and the team there during our visit were all amazing and we are just so incredibly appreciative. 10/10 - they took care of our little guy and gave us everything we needed to get him back to 100%. I checked my bank statements and I paid my visits but now I have balance… read full review
I have used Small Animal Clinic for many years for vet care and boarding. From the front desk staff to the vet techs and Vets - each has been professional and care-driven. I have had the hard decision to put two dogs down in the 10+ years I have had them as my vet service - and this was done compassionately to both my pets and myself. I didn’t have forms and charges pushed at me at the front desk like some vet services do before going to the exam rooms - it was all about my very sick pets here. It was ok that tears were streaming down my face…. Nothing was… read full review
