I just wanted to take a moment to say the staff at the Hillcrest location are truly the best of the best. It never ceases to amaze the empathy and kindness I experience at this location. From the front desk to the techs to the Dr’s themselves, they are all at the top of their game. My pups and I truly appreciate you.
This is our preferred vet, I have two corgis and a cat and they are well taken care of here. We had an emergency last year and they were so fast to respond and extremely proactive in communication and treatment. We get in quickly and are comfortable with the price they charge. I particularly appreciate the optional drop off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon, it makes it easy to keep up with their regular dental visits.
Have been going to Dr Mike for over 5 years. Absolutely best vet i have ever met. I lost my Yorkie on Saturday. Staff were very sympathetic and professional. My only complaint is they were going to change me $300 for single cremation and return ashes to me. This is exorbitant in my view especially for someone on limited incomes.
