“Just opened a new business and of course the ancient AC goes out during a heat wave. I called and left a message to make an appointment for service. Lori called me back within minutes. I explained that we had been smelling a weird burning hair smell for about a day or two but also have been cleaning and painting so I wasn’t sure. Lori was very patient with me. We made an appointment for Monday. She explained the service call fee and how the appointment would work. John showed up and already had a plan very quickly. He was not wasting any time and was very efficient. After getting the new blower motor he had our AC back up and running flawlessly within an hour or two at most. I cannot thank John and Lori enough. I would highly recommend them.”
