Our AC quit when we had a house full of company. We searched for a company that would come ASAP. Ben answered his phone and we were able to text pictures of the part that had messed up. He had the part and came to our home at 8:30 on a Saturday night! He fixed our AC in 30 minutes and we were cool again!Service: HVAC system repair
Ben is the best! He has helped me several times in the past few months. Most notably, the day before Christmas Eve, he came out twice to get my heat working! He really does work 'round the clock and is always such a pleasure to deal with. He will treat you right!
Ben came after two other companies had failed to find or resolve the issue. He listened to my concerns, then completed his own test and evaluation. I could tell he had several years of experience in this field, by how efficiently he worked through the repair. A part had to be ordered. But when he returned the next day, to install the part, he also found a small refrigerant leak in the line and repaired it as well. I would definitely refer Lollar Mechanical LLC. to my family and friends, as well as use their services again!Services: HVAC system repair
