My central heating unit stopped working last night. After making the call around 8am a serviceman named Cody showed up. Very knowledgeable person, dynamic personality. He explained the different malfunctions in my unit & promptly repaired them all. I am a super satisfied customer, if necessary I will call them again.
Just opened a new business and of course the ancient AC goes out during a heat wave. I called and left a message to make an appointment for service. Lori called me back within minutes. I explained that we had been smelling a weird burning hair smell for about a day or two but also have been cleaning and painting so I wasn’t sure. Lori was very patient with me. We made an appointment for Monday. She explained the service call fee and how the appointment would work. John showed up and already had a plan very quickly. Thank you for coming out on the service call and repair on July 4th to get my A/C back up and running. Repairman arrived very quickly and got it going just in time for him to eat some BBQ.
