My experience with HHHME was the best experience I ever had. I met the BEST sleep Coach ever. Her name is Stephanie and she works with Med South. Stephanie explained to me about the equipment I received and before any of all the questions I had... she covered every single one of them without knowing that she did and she was very clear and understanding and she took her time explaining everything to me. Stephanie also gave me a test run on the equipment and I was able to remember everything she stated about the equipment. I went to pick up my platform attachments for my walker(I called ahead of time to make sure they had them) Not only did they have them, Ms. Nikki was courteous, professional and very helpful over the phone and in person. She went above and beyond to help me get what I needed (workmans comp issues). Great customer service is rare these days..not for this company. My experience was great. I would definitely recommend them.
