Great experience on the 2nd floor, everyone was great, If I needed anything they would come. Graceland was awesome in 24 hour observation, she was very attentive and always asked my daddy if he needed anything!! We are so appreciative of everyone
I had surgery yesterday with Dr Randall. The entire experience was positive. The entire nursing staff was great from check-in, through pre-op, into the OR, recovery, and discharge. Both the anesthesiologist and Dr Randall explained everything and answered all my questions while in pre-op. The pre-op and OR team put me at ease right up until it was lights out on the table. No different when I woke up in recovery. The team helped me get my bearing, got me up and moving around, and explained all I needed to do after discharge. The staff also kept my wife informed of the progress while she waited and got her in with me as soon as they could while in pre-op and recovery.
I arrived at 5:30 in the morning for surgery. Was called back shortly thereafter. Didn’t have to wait at all in preop. They did everything quickly and efficiently. Right after that, saw dr and anesthesiologist. Then taken to OR room. The nurses in preop were really nice and professional. The guys in the OR room were phenomenal. They completely put me at ease and were so nice to me. Seemed like they genuinely cared about their patients. From there to recovery where i had a very attentive and knowledgeable RN taking care of me. I even saw the guys from the OR in the hallway hours later when i was doing my post op walking. They all asked me how i was and 1 even stopped...read full review
