“I went in to have my dipped nails removed. I’m sorry I didn’t get the nail technician’s name but she was gentile and meticulous with removing the dipped nails. She shaped my real nails very nicely. No bumps or ridges and I couldn’t even tell I had nails on previously. My nails don’t feel brittle like they usually do after getting the nails taken off. Excellent job, thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

I didn't know if anyone would have time for an appointment or not at the time, for random Saturday- Walk -in (me) but was hoping so because I just took 8 inches off the length at home, and then immediately butchered the heck out of my bangs, prior to coming in.. and have to be at work soon. ? My hair was saved, initially, didn't really know what I wanted to do with it and was ready to chop/shave it down short. But instead left the styling creativity to my Stylist here. She was so sweet, courteous, thoughtful and talented. Blended everything together perfectly and didn't let me make an irrational decision out of frustration. “My stylist is Shannon! She is truly amazing! What used to take 3 or more hours with my last stylist only takes half the time with her. Usually I would say that isn't a good thing when it comes to your hair. I mean you want them to do it right so let them take their time. Yet Shannon does it's so amazingly right in such a short time I love it!!! Not only that but when she did my hair she was able to get the exact color I wanted and my other stylist had a lot of difficulty achieving. She would say my hair isn't coloring like it used to and for the longest time I believed her. Boy was she wrong. Shannon has done my hair 5 times now and Everytime the color turns out exactly how it did the first time she did it. I truly can't express enough how life changing it was for me to change my stylist and man did I make the right change. I truly feel so beautiful after my visits with her and trust me when I say I am not someone who'd ever say that about themselves until now. Thank you so much Shannon! Also getting an appt with her quickly is not a problem with Shannon. She really cares about her customers and do whatever she can to squeeze you in if need be. So far whenever I text her I think it's time I stopped in she has an appointment for me usually within a day or so. My longest was less than a week. She truly a gem!!!“
