I simply want to recognize the excellent assistance I recently received from an employee in the Vision Center in store number 2111 in Hoover Alabama. I met with Alexis Wilson on Monday of this week. She answered all of my questions and was very friendly. I recommend this store and suggest that you ask for Alexis.
I highly recommend the Walmart Vision Center on 280. They are exceptional! The eye doctor is patient and thorough, explaining everything as she does your exam. The techs that fit you for glasses are just as patient. ‘Alexis’ took her time to help me find the right frame, going through many!! She truly cared that I was completely satisfied with my choice. Alexis was amazing!
Have been coming here for years. Very reliable service, great staff, and competent doctors. One of the technicians, Gracious, was especially wonderful. She was friendly and personable while getting me through my appointment in a reasonable time period. Highly recommend if you don’t want to have to spend a million on a yearly vision checkup.
