John is incredibly friendly and personable, but more importantly, he really knows his craft. He takes the time to understand what’s going on, explains what he’s doing, and has all the tools and equipment at his disposal to treat the actual problem rather than just doing the same adjustment every visit. I’ve always felt like I was in very capable hands.
The entire staff is just as great, and the facility is excellent. One of the things that has always stood out to us is how well they treat our whole family. When our kids have had to come along, the staff has coloring books and markers behind the front desk specifically to keep kids entertained while Mom gets worked on.
