Email correspondence was quick, friendly and human- it didn’t feel like a generic template of responses. I was able to make an appointment with email and text instead of sitting on hold on the phone. My appointment was made for the very next day and fit well with my work schedule (end of the work day). They work well with your insurance, complete transparency, and if you are unable to use it, they have very affordable services.
