“I was skeptical that I’d have positive results, as I’m sure many people have when starting their treatment.

I had no previous experience with laser therapy. But was in terrible knee pain when hiking, my passion sport, especially when walking downhill. I even had to walk sideways to limit the pain. I’ve just completed my 18 visits and have recently gone to Palm Springs to hike, 5-7 miles a day. I can report I had no pain! I’m thrilled with my results. “Email correspondence was quick, friendly and human- it didn’t feel like a generic template of responses. I was able to make an appointment with email and text instead of sitting on hold on the phone. My appointment was made for the very next day and fit well with my work schedule (end of the work day). They work well with your insurance, complete transparency, and if you are unable to use it, they have very affordable services.

The office is inviting, comfortable, and clean. I was welcomed immediately by the sweet person at the front desk and the wait time to see the doctor was very minimal. Everyone who worked there seemed happy to be there and invested in their practice.

Dr. Shelby was patient and explained everything as we went along. I felt more empowered to make better decisions for my back even after the first consultation. There are colorful pictures and posters on the walls that show different information about how important your spine is for health and they are easy to understand and read for all levels.

I haven’t been to the chiropractor in over 20 years (at least), and the new technology was so cool. Seeing the temperature in my spine spike in the exact areas of irritation and stress that I am struggling with was something new for me. Back pain can be so vague sometimes and hard to explain, and being able to see something concrete that displays what you feel- without words- was very validating.

After this visit, I have also decided to bring my daughter here for a consultation as well ❤️
