“Let me start off by saying I have been taking my dog to the Pet Hospital of Madison (personally do not recommend) for about Six months or so. I was recommended to Dr. Alford by a friend whom I expressed concerns to with my dogs current care… and it was a BLESSING in disguise. I felt like Dr.Alford listened to me and actually cared about the well-being of my dog and her quality of life. He listened to me and could also see how miserable she was, something that was dismissed by the Drs at my prior vet unfortunately. He helped me with one of the hardest decisions I ever had to make. All of the staff was super kind and helpful and I am very appreciative and I will here on out recommend you to anyone I come into contact with and you guys will be future primary vet for the future.
