He was very courteous and thorough, reassuring me that my 5 year old system was in good working condition and well maintained. He unclogged the plug that had caused the stain on my ceiling. He also shared his maintenance plan to keep it working properly.
Superior fixed a poor installation problem by another HVAC contractor that was causing our attic-based system to not properly drain the condensate. They produced custom duct work and made system repairs under Carrier warranty. They stuck with this job until all of the problems were solved.
