I live over an hour away and between the dry eye treatments and fitting sessions of hard contacts, I've had to go there about once per week for a month now. It seems that they allow me to come when I can. I never wait long to go back and I've never felt rushed with any part in the room.“

“I’ve always had my eyes cared with My EyeDr. My usual location WAS on the parkway but it was later closed down in which I started going to the 5pts West location due to the kind of glasses I was seeking. Well I purchased a pair of 550 Cazal glasses. I’ve ALWAYS wanted a pair. We’ll let me say. It was the WORST idea I’ve ever made. I purchased them in back at the end of 2024 around November and they have fell apart over 10 times. It’s ALWAYS the shield part along with the arm ( or what ever it’s called that goes behind the ear) that fall apart. Like I was in a conversation with a guy friend and they LITERALLY fell apart. I was so embarrassed. And I e paid over $600.00 + on these garbage of glasses. Wish I could give them back and select some that will NOT embarrass me during a conversation. Or better yet IN PUBLIC so PLEASE SO NOT BUY I DO NOT RECOMMEND.“
