There was an actual Dr that did my consultation and explained the treatment down to a T. All my questions were answered and was not rushed at all during our discussion. It is a clinical environment, which I appreciate. I feel like they take their business very seriously. It is very CLEAN and PROFESSIONAL. The staff is well trained, well mannered and well educated in all skin care matters. You do not doubt that you are in good hands here. I will seek out other services from them once completing my tattoo removal. I have had 4 treatments thus far with wonderful results.
