It's Sunday 9/4/22..I am finally getting the chance to post. I have been searching for a place that does electrolysis. The place I called were on a wait list. I kept searching and crossed this establishment. My first consultation/ first treatment was September 01. The owner, Elena is very nice, people friendly i had tons of questions and she patiently and kindly answered each question. She explained the process and the cost. She explained the 3 phases of the hair growth. She was very transparent, she said the hair will not "immediately" be gone and it will take several treatments. . She set me up on a treatment plan based on my finances.
