This salon is very nice and clean but more importantly Megan at the front desk went out of her way to make sure I was able to tan, even though my account didn't show up in the system. She called the Palm Beach location I usually visit to confirm my premium diamond membership and she told me how to further remedy this cross state issue. Thank you Megan! “This place is wonderful. I currently go here for tattoo removal services. For many years I was afraid to start these treatments because everywhere that offered them was a bit too casual and “sketchy”. I was beyond blessed to find Lappert. There was an actual Dr that did my consultation and explained the treatment down to a T. All my questions were answered and was not rushed at all during our discussion. It is a clinical environment, which I appreciate. I feel like they take their business very seriously. It is very CLEAN and PROFESSIONAL. The staff is well trained, well mannered and well educated in all skin care matters. You do not doubt that you are in good hands here. I will seek out other services from them once completing my tattoo removal. I have had 4 treatments thus far with wonderful results. Their prices are very fair for their high expertise, kindness and cleanliness. Would recommend this place to anyone.“
