“ive had so many bad experiences at other places but here they actually listened to me and didn’t rush me out the door. The doctor was really down to earth and explained everything in plain english so i actually understood what was going on with my skin. I went in for a weird mole that was worrying me and they had it checked out and biopsied super fast like same week. The front desk lady was sweet too even though they were busy she still cracked a joke with me. Prices were fair and they worked with my insurance no problem which is rare for a specialist office. already booked my next appointment for a full body check a year from now im not going anywhere else.“

“I’ve only had one laser hair removal session so far (on my legs), but I wanted to share my initial experience. Going in, I was definitely nervous about the pain, but it wasn’t as bad as I expected. It feels like quick snapping sensations—uncomfortable in some areas, but overall very tolerable.

The appointment itself was pretty quick and straightforward. The technician made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly, which helped a lot since it was my first time.

It’s still early, so I’m waiting to see full results, but I have started noticing some shedding and slightly slower regrowth in certain areas. I know it takes multiple sessions to really see a big difference, so I’m looking forward to continuing.

“I went to 26 appointments at another facility with a different technique for one area. I barely got any improvement that lasted more than 3 or 4 days. Within 6 visits with Donna, we have done 4 body areas now and probably have 75% clearance in the original area and 50% in the new area so far. Don’t waste your time or money at another place.“
