“Totally satisfied! 5 star service! I can't say enough about Byrds and the crew who worked to install a new HVAC system in my home. They were complete professionals; courteous, reliable and displayed a genuine concern for their work and my home. The crew Ray, Chris, Jessie, and Skylar were all truly professional and a pleasure to work with. They made sure their working area did not cause any adverse affects eg; laying down mats in walkways to protect flooring, etc. They worked diligently for 2 days to remove our existing old units and installed a new highly efficient modern Amana unit with high tech features. The work required long hours in some adverse conditions (attic) and their technical expertise and perseverance was really impressive. They were very thorough, making sure to check their work, take all debris away, and cleaning up the areas afterwards, and checked to ensure it was to our satisfaction. Crystal kept us informed about delivery dates and times of crews arrival. in addition to her professionalism, she took care of all the paperwork regarding the warranty and registration etc which alleviated any burden on us having to do it. I highly recommend Byrd's for any heating and cooling system job you may require.“

“not a good place to work for, I had my tools locked up in their job box, (Milwaukee fuel drill and impact) and they came up missing the next day, and the company wouldn't replace what they let get stolen from me, after they said it'd be safe, this is bit of a late review but Curtis does not know how to treat people right as well. he is a known liar,“

“My HVAC system stopped cooling in the middle of July. I called Chas and he was able to come out that day to look at everything. We he got to my house he assessed this issue and knew he had to get up into my attic space. It was the middle of the day and hot outside and hot inside. So he said that if he went up there at that time anyone would be on the verge of a heatstroke. Which I completely agreed with. He told me that he would have someone at my house early the next morning before the extreme heat. They arrived and within 20-30 minutes they had fixed the issue and were on their way. Keep in mind they have maintained my HVAC system since they installed it 13 years ago. Great people and great service.“
