The two guys that came were very professional and showed up a little earlier than expected. I had my system back up and running in a very short period of time. I was very pleased with Proper Climate.
We had the pleasure of dealing with Josh from Proper Climate today, Saturday, as our system went out yesterday. He is very thorough and doubled checked every issue he identified. He will be back to replace a board, and the thermostat for our unit.
